Preston Green Plano board members are volunteers from among our community of homeowners.
Volunteer board members receive no benefits or pay – it is just time donated to help our Preston Green community.
Covenants and By Laws​
The Covenants and By-Laws define our Homeowners Association and provide guidance to homeowners and the HOA Board about property maintenance and other important topics. For informational purposes we have included links to items related to Texas Law governing HOAs.
Exterior Improvements
All exterior home improvements must be submitted in writing for approval by the Preston Green HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC). To submit an improvement, complete the Application for Exterior Improvement form, including all plans, photos, and a sketch of the property.

Additional details on the ACC can be found in the Preston Green Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions document under Section 4.3. The decision of the ACC shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon the applicant.

Resale Package Information
A Resale Certificate must be obtained from the HOA before a home can be sold to another company or person(s). To begin the process contact the HOA at: [email protected].
Be sure to include the property address in the subject line of your email.
If you are refinancing your home, the Treasurer will provide an account status statement without charge.
