Voting Tally for Adoption of Revised CCRs Draft 3

26 votes in favor of adoption of the Revised CCRs Draft 3

3 vote opposed to the adoption of the Revised CCRs Draft 3

The Board urges all members who have not yet cast a ballot to do so as soon as possible.

Copies of the proposed draft as well as absentee ballots and proxies (if a homeowner wishes to designate someone else to cast their ballot for them) are available by contacting the Board at [email protected].

Quarterly meetings standard dates

From Q1 HOA Board meeting:

Standard meeting dates have been established for the quarterly meetings.  The Board will meet on the second Thursday of the second month of the first, second, and third quarters of each year.

The annual meeting will take place in October or November (fourth quarter), and the date will be finalized when a venue is selected.

So, for 2025, the second quarter meeting will be held on May 8, and the third quarter meeting will be held August 14.  The meetings will be announced via email, neighborhood signs, and the website.
